My name is Dr. Elizabeth Shelley, a board-certified psychiatrist recognized by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. I am committed to providing expert and compassionate mental health care to individuals aged eight and older.
I specialize in treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Borderline Personality Disorder, and severe or treatment-resistant depression and anxiety. Fluent in English and Spanish, I am honored to serve a diverse patient population.
My approach integrates therapeutic techniques into every session, ensuring comprehensive and holistic care.
Currently, I offer video (virtual), telephone, and in-person appointments for convenience and accessibility, with scheduling available in half-hour or one-hour increments. An initial consultation of one hour is recommended for a thorough evaluation.
While I would love the opportunity to meet every individual seeking care, my appointment slots are limited. I encourage those interested to reach out, if I do not have slots I will add you to the waitlist and call when appointments become available.

I do not accept insurance (private pay only), but I do offer discounts for healthcare workers, police, fire, and military.
**Most private insurance will reimburse you for at least a portion of the cost of your appointment.**

**Memberships (Billed Upfront):**
- **$600/month** - Includes up to two 70-minute appointments each month.
**Standard Appointment Fees:**
**Intake Appointment (60 minutes): $400**
**Follow-Up Appointment (30 minutes): $200**
**Extended Follow-Up Appointment (60 minutes): $400**
All fees are established by our clinic to ensure that each patient receives the best possible care tailored to their needs.
Dr. Shelley will provide superbills upon request, please let the scheduler know when you make the appointment
